Oasis Reunion? Liam Gallagher Sparks Rumors With Cryptic Tweets

Is there going to be an Oasis reunion? Unfortunately, we just don’t know that yet. What we do know is that Liam Gallagher can still spell his old band’s name.

The singer sent out six cryptic tweets earlier today spelling out the word “Oasis.” Gallagher ended his message with the word Oasis LG.

The tweets sent Oasis fans into a frenzy as they speculated that the band was getting back together for a tour. The band hasn’t made any official announcement yet so I wouldn’t get too excited. Oh, is it too late for that?

NME reports that there was a mini Oasis reunion earlier this year at an exhibition called Chasing The Sun in London. Liam and guitarist Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs were reportedly “mobbed” by fans at the event.

Bonehead said: “We didn’t get to see [the exhibition] – we got fucking mobbed. But actually going in there with Liam and seeing what I did see was pretty emotional. I spoke to Paul Slattery, who’s got a lot of pictures up, and me and Liam gave him big hugs and made plans to catch up. We looked at each other and went, ‘Is it really 20 years ago?’ Mental, man – time flies.”

So does this mean that an Oasis reunion is on the horizon? In the words of Twitter: “WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!”
