Louis Ferrigno Jr. is an American dramatic and comedic actor. He is famous for his role on the CBS television series How I met Your Mother, Wolf, 9-1-1, Nicky, Ricky, Dickey & Dawn, Teen Wolf, and S.W.T.F. He is known to us as Lou Ferrigno Jr.

He was born in Santa Monica, California. He is the son of actor, and bodybuilder Lou Ferrigno and actress Carla Ferrigno. His dad is of Italian descent and his mom is of Swedish and Irish ancestry.
He studied at Loyola High School in downtown Los Angeles, eventually transferring to Notre Dame in Sherman Oaks, California. In 2007 he graduated from Southern California University with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Business Law. Then he studied improvisational comedy at some of the best schools in Los Angeles.
For the 2007 USC Trojan Rose Bowl Champion, he was a walk-on football player. He started his entertainment career as a fitness model. Then he quickly moved to a role in advertisements, television, and movies.
He gained much popularity in the film S.W.A.T.(2019) and 9-1-1(2018). He was also involved with io West, Upright Citizens Bridge, and the West Side Comedy Theatre.
