LinkedIn has signed a new lease for 39,259 additional square feet of office space. The deal will provide the growing social enterprise network with new office space at One Montgomery Tower at 1 Montgomery St. in San Francisco, California. The company now occupies 134,539 square feet at the popular address.
The One Montgomery Tower location features 752,942 feet of space located throughout its 38-story structure. The building is owned by Prudential Insurance Company of America
The tower is situated in the “Golden Triangle” of San Francisco’s financial district, the same location as the famed Union Square shopping district.
As recently report LinkedIn has just broken into the Chinese market. The company is working endlessly to open itself up to new markets where employers and employees are thirsty for the company’s vast array of business services.
Specific deals regarding the One Montgomery lease have not been revealed at this time.
