If there’s one thing the Internet loves more than cute kittens or puppies, it’s seeing rich people screw up with their rides that cost as much as a nice house.
On Monday, a video was uploaded of a $400,000 Lamborghini Aventador crashing into three cars on the streets of London.
So far, the video has received over 3.5 million views, and it’s currently a number one trending topic on Facebook.
The cringeworthy crash takes place just two seconds into the video, and it appears the driver was going too fast as a car turned into the street from the right.
The Aventador hits the front left of the car, getting air for a brief second as it clips a Mazda, and then an older BMW parked slightly further ahead to its left.
A pedestrian quickly comes running up to the Lamborghini, possibly a friend, and helps a female passenger out of the exotic car.
According to reports, no one was injured, and the owner of the BMW didn’t find out about the accident until several hours later:
“We showed up about three hours after the incident and there was a letter on the windshield. The Lamborghini was being towed away and the owner came up and explained what had happened. He was really apologetic about it.”
Money may be able to buy fancy rides, but it can’t buy good judgement, i.e., not driving an Aventador fast through a busy city street.
