Biography of Kayla Maisonet
It was her first Disney Channel TV show. Her other notable TV series include The Haunted Hathaway (2013), Mulaney (2013), Stuck in the Middle (2016-2018), Speechless (2018-2019), and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (2018).
In 2014, she received the 35th Young Artist Award in the “Recurring Young Activist” category of Best Performance in a TV series. After the Dog With A Blog, she won the award.
She was talented, but in school, she was tormented. Her Jewish and Puerto Rican roots and her unconventional appearance became her biggest problems as she grew up. In academics, she was not too good, and had an effect on her mind.
Kayla began to play in 2011 when she appeared in the short “A New York Fairy Tale” movie. In the short film, she played ‘Bella’s leading role. It was her first time in front of the camera, and her confidence in her future success as an actor was a major reason for her.
Critics did not welcome the series Dog with a Blog well and received mixed reviews. But it was three seasons long. In 20 of the 69 aired episodes, Kayla depicted the role.
