Crumbs bake shop sadly closed down without warning on Monday. The once small town mom and pop bakery was deeply in the red and its share price has tumbled since its IPO. Prior to it closing the stores that were situated in 10 cities around the US had been popular and there were often long queues but it seems that there growth may have been too much and too fast.
An entrepreneurial customer has decided to save their final Crumbs purchase and they are now selling it on Ebay. The listing shows a receipt with the price of $3.95 and the date of purchase as Monday 7th, so far the bidding is up to $255.
