Gul Panag aka Gulkirat Kaur Panag (born 13 April 1993) is an Indian Actress, Model, Activist, Politician, Pilot, and former beauty queen of India.

Her father, Lieutenant General H S Panag, was in the Indian Army and was the Central Commander of the Army.
She has a younger brother, Sherbir Singh, who was a nationally-ranked skeet shooter, studying at her Alma Mater, Lovedale Lawrence College. Gul began her schooling in Sangrur, Punjab, and moved to more than 14 schools, including several Kendriya Vidyalayas (Chandigarh, Mhow, Leh, Wellington), Lovedale Lawrence College, Ooty, and Lusaka International School, Zambia.
She graduated from Punjabi University Patiala with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, and a master’s degree in political science from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

She began her career as a model winning the title of ‘Miss India’ in 1999. She has also crowned in the same pageant as ‘Miss Beautiful Smile.’
In 1999 the supermodel competed in the beauty contest ‘Miss Universe.’ She then did many promotional commercials for TV and print media and became Tata Sky’s brand ambassador with Aamir Khan.
On 13 March 2011, Gul and her long-time friend, a commercial pilot named Rishi Attari, tied the knot in a typical Punjabi ceremony. The pair was blessed with a baby boy named Nihal in the year 2018.
She also participated in the Miss Universe pageant in 1999. Gul has appeared on print media and television in a variety of commercial advertisements and is Tata Sky’s brand emissary along with Aamir Khan.
