Vin Diesel and Paul Walker Fast and Furious

The world stood in disbelief on November 30th, 2013 as the news of Paul Walker’s fatal car accident spread rapidly. Production on the massively promoted Fast Furious 7 halted immediately and fans stood by, waiting to hear the final verdict on the fate of the film.

The wait is finally over as Vin Diesel has officially announced on his Facebook that production will resume on March 31st. And while the fans and staff members of the Fast and Furious franchise mourn over the death of their beloved actor, fans are excited for this last film that will commemorate and conclude the series.

Paul Walker’s character, Brian, is expected to be removed from the film using footage that was shot prior to the accident in a respectable and honorable way. Vin Diesel wrote on his Facebook:

“The transition into that Dom state of mind has always been an interesting one… only this time there is added purpose, a collective goal to make this the best one in the series. P.s. The long awaited completion of Seven, begins…”

Fast Furious 7 is expected to be released into theaters officially on April 10th, 2015.
