Gisele Bundchen stirred up a little debate today after she posted a photo of herself breastfeeding her baby while a team of people did her hair and makeup. OK, so it really wasn’t much of a debate. It was more like a bunch of people going “are you f****ng kidding me?” in unison.
Emmy Rossum was one of those people who had that “is this lady serious?” thought running through her head. But instead of just writing something snarky on Twitter, Rossum decided to turn Gisele Bundchen’s ridiculous photo into a its own meme.
Rossum writes: “Hey @giseleofficial, I feel ya girl. #kidding #fakebaby #soymilk #shameless.”
The problem with Gisele’s photo really has nothing to do with the photo or the fact that she’s breastfeeding while her beauty team goes to work. In fact, a lot of people have applauded Gisele’s parenting skills (and her baby yoga photos).
What has people angry is the message that Gisele posted along with the photo. Gisele writes: “What would I do without this beauty squad after the 15 hours flying and only 3 hours of sleep #multitasking #gettingready.”
Multi-tasking? Really? Most mother’s definition of multi-tasking involves, you know, multiple tasks.
But maybe that’s the point. Gisele Bundchen knows how posh her life is and she has no problem enjoying the benefits of being a multi-millionaire. Of course, the downside of fame and fortune is that people are going to point and laugh at you when you act ridiculous.
