Aishwarya Lekshmi (born 6 September 1991) is an Indian Actress, Model, and Doctor from Kerala. She start modeling in 2014 and her acting debut in 2017.

She did her schooling at the Holy Angels ISC School in Trivandrum and she joined the Shree Narayana Institute of Medical Science after completing her school days to do her MBBS degree in Ernakulam and then completed her internship at the same institute.
She entered the modeling industry in 2015 after completing her degree and appeared on the cover of images of magazines in SALT Studio Magazine, Vanitha Magazine, Flower World, and FWD life. And for many brands including Chemmanur jewelers, Akshaya jewels, Sri Lakshmi jewelry, Labrenda, Ezva, and Karikkineth Silks she has also done modeling.
She had an opportunity to act in the Malayalam film Njandukalude Nattil Nridavela opposite Nivin Pauly in the year 2017.
Althaf Salim wrote and directed this film and it was produced by Nivin Pauly. Nivin Pauly, Shanthi Krishna, Lal, and Aishwarya are the principal stars in this film. Justin Varghese is this film’s music composer and Mukesh Muralidharan is the Cinematographer this film was released on September 1st, 2017.
She won two awards in 2017 for the Malayalam film Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela under the category of the most promising actor by Asianet comedy awards and Yuva awards for the best debut female category.
