LinkedIn Job Search Feature

LinkedIn is rolling out a streamlined version of its job posting feature. In the coming weeks the company will roll out better granular search options.

LinkedIn recently redesigned its its home page and profiles for a better user experience.

Using the new search LinkedIn customers will be able to search for job openings at companies for which they have a direct LinkedIn connect. Job hunters will also be able to target listings in their own country, Zip code, industry, and job function.

With a Job Seeker Premium subscription users can also search by salary requirements.

LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions product for recruiters was a big driver of revenue in 2012 so it is no wonder the company is attempting to drive even more well qualified and local employees to the brand.
