Ladies, the search for the perfect long-lasting lipstick is finally over.

A Chicago-native is applauding lipstick brand Jeffree Star after her burgundy lips stayed intact during a head-on car crash.

Taryn Elise took to Twitter to share her unique beauty review, in which she shared side-by-side snaps of her totalled Mini Cooper and her still flawless face.

Other than her car’s bonnet being destroyed, the only other sign Taryn had been in a car accident was a slight imprint of her lipstick on the airbag.

She wrote: “If anyone is curious about how well JeffreeStar lipstick holds up – I was just in a car accident and there are lipstick marks on the airbag but my face is OK.”

Unsurprisingly, her tweet went viral amongst beauty lovers, until the review was retweeted by make up artist Star himself.

It has also garnered thousands of tweets from fascinated women online.

One Twitter user wrote: “Glad your ok gurl but I have to giggle at the fact your still plugging how good the product is lol.”

While another commented: “Girl I’m sorry you went through that, but it’s not just the lipstick that held up, your whole face did!! How you looking that good after a car accident?”

A third woman quipped: “You literally kissed your car goodbye. Glad you’re ok!”

Still, others were worried that Taryn’s calm reaction to the crash meant she might be in shock, but she updated to let everyone know she was fine.

She tweeted: “I’m watching game of thrones to catch up on and am relaxing with a heating pad. Thank you for asking.”
