Valentines Day is surely not for everyone. After all, romantic ties are too mainstream, especially if you have just gone through a rough breakup and are still nursing the emotional aftermath. However, you need not be idle this upcoming Valentines Day; you can actually get back at your ex for ruining romance for you– by naming them after a cockroach.

What a time to be alive, right? Such a grand (or petty) Valentines Day gesture is brought to you by the Hemsley Conservation Centre in the UK. The said conservation center is now giving an opportunity for romantic outliers to spite that spiteful ex they have. The price? A measly $2 to name a cockroach after your ex. Of course, it might get expensive the more problematic exes you have.

“The HCC is offering the chance to name a cockroach in honor of your friend’s worthless ex-someone on this special holiday of love,” as seen on their official website. It seems whoever thought of this had everyone in mind on Valentines Day, not just hopeless romantics.

Of course, getting back at your ex is not the only thing $2 will afford you, you’ll also be given an official certificate or “keepsake.” Still, the said certificate will not feature the cockroach/ex name, that’s only for the facility’s official board, so as to not “fuel a fire.” Meanwhile, the money collected from this will be used to improve the conservation center’s facilities.

However, if you or your ex live in the US, say New York City, then Bronx Zoo also offers the same treatment. Bronx Zoo’s offering is a bit more expensive though, at $15 per ex/cockroach. The difference is that the digital signature they will give back does feature the name of your ex/cockroach, they like to play rough. Anyway, now you know what to do.
