It’s a sad day at the Playboy Mansion. Mary O’Connor, Hugh Hefner’s longtime secretary, passed away this weekend at the age of 86.
Hefner shared the news on Twitter.
Mary passed away today. We loved her more than words can say.

O’Connor was a staple in the Playboy mansion for over four decades. She was one of Hefner’s main confidants and saw hundreds of women come and go through the doors of the Playboy mansion. She was at Hef’s side through all three of his marriages, including his most recent to Crystal Harris.

In addition to counseling Hefner through all three of his marriage, O’Connor also became close with several Playmates. She appeared on shows like The Girls Next Door and also made an appearance on Kendra Wilkinson’s spinoff Kendra.
