Ellen Page Restraining Order: Twitter Stalker Must Stay Away

Ellen Page Twitter Stalker

Twitter stalking can be just as scary as real-life stalking and that fact led actress Ellen Page to take her Twitter stalker to court.

The “Juno” star was receiving death threats on the social network which forced her to alert local authorities.

Page’s Twitter stalker, identified as Joshua Michael Myers wrote various creepy messages on the social networks including one tweet in which he revealed:

“I’m going to murder Ellen Page. She’s dead.”

The LAPD investigated the threats and on Wednesday a no-contact restraining order was issued.

In the meantime Page isn’t afraid of Twitter, recently tweeting to a fan:

“6′ 2″ RT @EllenPage How tall are you exactly if you don’t mind me asking?”
