Klout Reveals Biggest Influencers Of 2012

Klout has released its annual list of top social media influencers and Justin Bieber has been beaten out by President Barack Obama.

The annual list examines discussions about people, businesses, products and cities to determine the winners in each major section of discussion. Thanks to a heated 2012 Presidential election President Obama has come out on top of the social media world.

As expected many of the people, companies and products match Google’s own “most searched” terms of 2012.

Also fairing well was the iPhone which was the most discussed product of 2012 and the city of Chicago which was the most discussed city. In terms of companies Facebook remained at the top of the social world thanks to its 1+ billion customers.
