Dian Yoon’s body paint artistry is so amazing, it’s going to give your brain a lot of amazingly confusing moments.
Yoon, a 22-year-old student at the Korean National University of Arts, has begun taking the Internet by storm. She’d begun posting her visual illusion body paintings on Instagram just two months ago. She not only has amazed 20,000 followers on the social media platform, but also has local South Korean TV networks sitting up and paying attention.

Her body paint illusion pieces focus a lot on transparency of the skin. Many of her works portray facial features showing through a seemingly transparent hand. She’s done this not only to herself, but also to her friends.
Yoon uses her body as a canvas for other forms of transparency illusions, mostly working with backgrounds and other themes.

Yoon is comfortable working outdoors as she is working indoors. It’s a treat to watch this artist at work, with all her body paint accouterments laid out before her.
