Neil deGrasse Tyson Gives A Scientific Review Of ‘Interstellar’

Neil deGrasse Tyson doesn’t really care if Matthew McConaughey is going to win another Oscar, or if Anne Hathaway was able to give her character emotional depth, or if Christopher Nolan was able to tell an interesting story in between stunning cinematic shots. What he does care about is if the new movie Interstellar is true to science.

The renown astrophysicist posted a very scientific review of Interstellar on Twitter this weekend.

Tyson had a little problem with the characters going so close to a black hole but applauded the film for its depiction of zero gravity and said that viewers experienced “Einstein’s Relativity of Time as no other feature film has shown.” Here’s Neil deGrasse Tyson’s scientific review of Interstellar.

Neil DeGrasse Tyson tried to clear up some of the scientific questions behind Interstellar but you can only relay so much information on Twitter.

Check out the trailer for Interstellar below.
