Joan Rivers In Critical Condition After Surgery [Report]

Joan Rivers is in critical condition at a hospital in New York.

Rivers was undergoing a procedure on her vocal chords at a clinic this morning. She stopped breathing during the procedure and was rushed to Mount Sinai hospital in New York.

TMZ reports that someone called 911 after the surgery to report and told the dispatcher: “We have somebody in either cardiac or respiratory arrest.”

CBS reports that Melissa Rivers, Joan Rivers’ daughter, is currently on her way to the hospital.
