‘Dating Naked’ Star Sues Over Nudity

Did Jessie Nizewitz forget what show she was on? The Dating Naked star is suing VH1’s parent company Viacom over some unexpected nudity on the show.

Nizewitz spends a lot of time naked on the set of the VH1 show but the young reality star says that the network promised that all nudity would be blurred out for broadcast. The network didn’t live up to their end of the bargain when they accidentally aired an unblurred short of Nizewitz.

According to People Magazine, the blur fail occurred during the show’s third episode which featured some sexy (and naked) wrestling in the sand.

Nizewitz said: “I felt lied to, manipulated and used. I was horrified … I immediately started getting text messages. Everyone saw it … I think they owe me a huge apology.”

Well, a huge apology and a bunch of money. The NY Post reports that the Dating Naked star is asking for $10 million.

According to Nizewitz, she suffered “severe emotional distress, mental anguish, humiliation, and embarrassment” from the incident. She also claims that a blossoming romance was nipped in the bud after her potential boyfriend saw the clip.

Here’s a blurred look at the scene in question.

What do you think of the Dating Naked lawsuit? Are you surprised that Jessie Nizewitz is suing over unexpected nudity?
