‘The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies’ Trailer Hits The Internet

It’s been a big week for movies. We’ve seen the first images of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, a new photo of Ben Affleck as Batman, a trailer for The Hunger Games and Mad Max, and now we have our first look at The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies.

The trailer for The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies debuted today at Comic-Con and now it’s been posted to the internet. You can check it below.

Forbes notes that the final installment in The Hobbit isn’t guaranteed to be a financial success. The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug actually earned less than it’s predecessor, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, and some people think that movie going audiences are getting a little tired of visiting Middle-Earth. Still, you can’t be too disappointed with Smaug’s $258 million domestic box office total.

The Five Armies trailer takes a very different approach than another big trailer released today. While Five Armies uses emotional music and slow, beautiful shots of armies preparing for battle, Mad Max uses a non-stop barrage of explosions.

What do you think will be next year’s biggest blockbuster? Mad Max? Batman Vs. Superman? Or The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies?
