Justin Bieber issued another apology today after a racist video went viral.

The video shows a 14-year-old Justin Bieber singing “One Less Lonely N***ger.” The song is a disturbing and racist version of his hit “One Less Lonely Girl.”

Bieber said: “I just hope that the next 14-year-old kid who doesn’t understand the power of these words does not make the same mistakes I made years ago. At the end of the day I just need to step up and own what I did. Once again, I am sorry for all those I have let down and offended.”

The singer also took to instagram to post a few bible verses. The passage talks about how his sins are weighing heavily on him.

This is the second time this week that Bieber has found himself in trouble for making racist remarks. Another recording captured the singer telling a racist joke.

Bieber said: “Why are black people afraid of chain saws? …. (Makes sound of chainsaw) Run n*****, n*****, n*****, n*****.”

Both of the recordings were made when Justin’s star was just starting to rise. The singer blames his ignorance on his youth and claims that he has learned his lesson.

Bieber said: “As a young man, I didn’t understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt. I thought it was OK to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn’t realize at the time that it wasn’t funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance. I take my friendships with people of all cultures very seriously, and I apologize for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable mistake. I was a kid then and I am a man now who knows my responsibility to the world and to not make that mistake again.”
