James Harrison Lifting A Ridiculous Amount Of Weight

James Harrison is an intimidating man. To no one’s surprise Harrison’s Instagram account is the same way.

Harrison’s social media features plenty of mountain climbing, power lifting and acupuncture. The free agent linebacker is showing potential employers he’s ready for the 2014 season.

James Harrison frequently uploads clips of himself lifting NFL sized weights. Today Harrison warmed up with 405 on the bench.

James Harrison is a beast on and off social media.

During an appearance on NFL Total Access this off-season Harrison indicated his desire to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Steelers signed Harrison as an undrafted free agent in 2002. The high intensity linebacker was named NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2008 while playing for the Steel Curtain.

Harrison played for division rival Cincinnati in 2013 and is now free to sign with any team.

In the meantime, Harrison has been working out.

Hard.

Take a look at the rest of James Harrison’s off-season on social media.

My back would break in two if I tried a similar power lift.

That’s a ridiculous amount of weight Mr. Harrison.

No worries, James Harrison is not pinned underneath this bar.

James Harrison is essentially applying for his old job back on social media, directing these weight lifting clips at former and possible future Steelers teammate Ike Taylor aka @aintnobodyfuknwitme.

And trust me, ain’t nobody f****** with James Harrison.
