The infographic titled ‘The Shift In Small Business Behavior,’ culled its information from 600 small business owners.

Here are some of the best stats from the infographic:

  • Nearly a quarter (24%) of business dedicate half of their networking time to online channels
  • 42% of small businesses gained a quarter of their new customers through online or social media channels
  • 42% of small businesses have a Facebook presence and find it valuable
  • On the flip side, 30% have a presence but don’t find it valuable and 5% had a Facebook presence but no longer did because they saw no value
