Get Satisfaction Hires New CEO Rahul Sachdev, Former LinkedIn Head Of Content Sharing

Get Satisfaction

Get Satisfaction is a popular CRM tool, and today announced its new CEO Rahul Sachdev, a former LinkedIn employee who worked on content sharing products.

Before accepting the position, Sachdev helped guide the company for several months as an advisor.

Today, VentureBeat published an interview with the now CEO, and discussed his plans, among other things.

“We know talent builds companies. My goal is to hire and retain the best talent. Also, it’s about innovation. We want to innovate faster, to have much greater focus on design, to give customers a voice in the future of the companies whose services they use.”

When asked about an exit strategy, i.e. selling Get Satisfaction, Sachdev says that’s not on his mind.

“I didn’t join the company to think about an exit. It sounds like a cliche, but I genuinely believe in unlocking the value of Get Sat. I came here to build a great product and a great company, to make this a great place to work. When you do all of those things, companies have more options. And you know, I’ll take that. Dressing the company up for sale is not what I want to do.”

Get Satisfaction has received nearly $21 million in funding, and works with such clients as Microsoft, Coca-Cola and Mozilla.
