Roseanne Barr Claims, ‘I Quit,’ In Odd Twitter Rant

Roseanne Barr Rants Twitter

Roseanne Barr went on a strange Twitter rant on Saturday, writing at one point, “I quit.” It seems Roseanne is tired of Hollywood “trying to kill their own stars-whether creatively or physically.”

While there was no indication for what exactly spawned the evening rant, Barr suggested in the beginning that it came after a failed attempt to develop a new TV show as a “collaboration.” This was her first tweet:

She added:

A few tweets later, Roseanne explained that the “show runner disappeared for 7 weeks-never returned any calls from me-I was told she ‘goes in2 a cave’ to write cannot b reached by me.” After that, she explained, “I was told that this was ‘her process’-and that the result would be fantastic. I asked why I had been removed totally from the process.” The comedienne also admitted during her rant:

She also indicated that the tweets were alcohol induced. However, after a brief hiatus, Roseanne Barr’s rant continued.

While Roseanne hasn’t said anything else about Hollywood yet, we’re not entirely sure her strange rant is over.
