LeBron James is a proud member of the Smilers nation. Yes, King James is a Miley Cyrus fan.
The Miami Heat star must have been watching the American Music Awards last night because he took to his Twitter account to praise Miley for her performance.
James writes: “Miley Cyrus has a great voice! Can sing for real.”
And James isn’t wrong. Somewhere underneath those vibrating butt cheeks and shock-and-awe persona is a bonafide singer. In case you don’t believe me, here’s a video of Miley singing Dolly Parton’s “Jolene.”
Of course, all of that talent has been playing second fiddle to Miley’s new persona. She’s too busy riding wrecking balls and twerking on Beetle Juice to pay attention to her actual music. And I’m not the only one who thinks so. LeBron James thinks so too.
James finishes his tweet, adding: “Just turn down the shananigans a lil and she winning!”
