“If I’m lucky, in a month from now, best-case scenario, I’m managing a Cinnabon in Omaha.” That’s a line from criminal lawyer Saul Goodman spoken during the harrowing final act of AMC’s Breaking Bad.
The line, marking Goodman’s determination to start a new life with a clean slate, has seemingly taken on a life of its own and become a real-life meme at a real Cinnabon in the real Omaha.
A blurry photo of what you’re looking at above made rounds on reddit this week. Observers pretty much agree that’s it’s amazing, but only if it’s real.
Okay but who WOULDN’T watch the Saul spinoff if it were set at a Cinnabon in Omaha? @CINNABON ARE YOU LOBBYING FOR THIS YET?

It is.
A spokesperson for the Cinnabon franchise in Omaha contacted The Consumerist and confirmed that what you’re looking at is real ad work approved by corporate.
“Since we work quite closely with the folks at Cinnabon, I can assure you that they… gave their permission and blessing for us to create and post the banners,” the rep said by email.
Sure, Goodman’s line isn’t exactly a compliment to Cinnabon, but they’re running with it.

A Breaking Bad spin-off with Saul managing a Cinnabon in Omaha would definitely be an interesting angle, but last we heard his show is going to be a prequel series.
