If you’ve ever seen Louis C.K.’s “Live at the Beacon Theatre” performance (if not, Netflix), you’ll recognize his global warming monologue in the video. The animation is what’s new, and comes courtesy of John Roney, who imagines a disgusted God coming to Earth and shaming mankind for how we’ve treated this planet he gave us.
It’s NSFW for language, but it’s a pretty good and poignant piece of commentary not only on global warming and climate change, but interestingly, how religious folk and scientific folk really aren’t that far apart on some issues.
