Kesha is a celebrity. She’s also a normal person who finds random pubic hairs in her bed and wonders where they came from. Who hasn’t been there before, am I right?
The singer-songwriter boasts 3.5 million followers on Twitter, as well as a ridiculously rabid fanbase that sometimes rivals Lady Gaga’s Monsters and Justin’s Beliebers. Outside of her enormous commercial success and fan following, Kesha is sometimes criticized for being just … well … just gross.
Here’s a good example of why:
I found a pubic hair on my bed. and it is NOT mine.

“Hnnnnnng” was my verbal reaction to the tweet, but Twitter users have opted for humor instead of disgust, many laying claim to the mystery pubic hair.
@keshasuxx it was mine

@keshasuxx its mine — petersuxx~ (@shadyxmonster) July 2, 2013
She also garnered some sympathy:
@keshasuxx its mine

@keshasuxx sorry

DNA test it RT @keshasuxx: I found a pubic hair on my bed. and it is NOT mine.

And a protip:
DNA test it RT @keshasuxx: I found a pubic hair on my bed. and it is NOT mine.

In any case, we’re 100% confident that Kesha’s mystery pubic hair didn’t come from Social News Daily. Okay like 99% sure.
