Dunkin’ Donuts Customer Flips Out Over Receipt [Viral Video]

A Dunkin’ Donuts customer recently flipped out on an unsuspecting employee because she didn’t get a receipt. She later decided to upload it to YouTube, which would turn out to be a huge mistake.

The girl in the video is upset because she didn’t receive a receipt during her last visit. According to store policy, anyone who doesn’t get a receipt with their purchase is entitled to a refund. A spokesperson with the company confirmed the policy with The Huffington Post.

Instead of addressing the situation in a civilized manner, the customer goes on an expletive-laden eight-minute rant about the situation. To make matters worse, she takes her anger out on the poor Dunkin’ Donuts employee who wasn’t working when the mistake took place.

“This girl was so f***ing rude to me and said ‘Okay will you can get your order free next time.’ So you know what I told her? I said ‘I want the whole f***ing menu b****, twice.’ A guarantee is a guarantee and I’ve already called my lawyer and he is already on it,” she says at one point during the video.

Although YouTube yanked the original video for violating a YouTube policy “prohibiting content designed to harass, bully or threaten.” However, other people have since re-uploaded the video for the world to enjoy.

According to Uproxx, the girl has been identified as Florida resident Taylor Chapman. Apparently she has an assortment of social media accounts, all of which will likely be littered with hateful messages in the next few hours. I’ll refrain from linking to any of them here.

Kudos to the Dunkin’ Donuts employee for keeping his cool against this ill-tempered customer. I can’t say that I would have been that level-headed myself.

  2. well this customer just showed how she has NO MANNERS she is rude, disrespectful and just plan nasty I sure hope she has no children can you imagine what she is teaching them she is just a disgrace to the human race. She was just looking for freebies I wonder how many other tiomes she tried to use this for getting free items all RETAILERS LOOK OUT FOR HER.

  3. iwould have asked her to leave the store because employees DO NOT HAVE TO put up with customers like her adn as or her laywe she is so full of you know what because her laywer would have told her NOt to go back and he would take care of it.

  4. This was just mean and so unnecessary. there was no reason for her to take it this far. She sounds like she's on some type of medication. That poor guy behind the counter. She was just mean and karma will visit her very soon. All this just to get attention. Is this what our future looks like for social media?

  5. this is typical of the kids today who have no character and upbringing. She is a complete asshole. I wouldn't put up with her language and antics for one minute. She should have been escorted out of the store…Her intelligence level is exactly what she shows….FACEBOOK!
