‘The Walking Dead’ Wins Social War On GetGlue

Walking Dead Social

As the characters on The Walking Dead battle zombies and The General, the team at AMC is battling a ratings and social war, a battle they are winning according to the team at social platform GetGlue.

The GetGlue team specifically measured the number of check-ins, reviews and sticker unlocks the show has earned to date. So far The Walking Dead has racked up more than 1.5 million actions.

After compiling straight engagement numbers GetGlue then examined which episodes and characters are the most popular.

The survey also determined which devices are being used for check-in purposes. Curious to know if Android users are bigger fans of The Walking Dead than iPhone users or website users? Now you know!

We can’t say we’re surprised that Rick Grimes is the most talking about character or that California with its massive population wins the ratings war.

The Walking Dead has won the social war for the last eight weeks straight.
