Playstation 4 Sony PS4 Will Allow Gamers To Share Video, Screenshots To Social Media

When the Sony PS4 finally hits retail shelves, gamers will be able to share a wealth of information with the push of a single button.

An anonymous individual recently spoke with the folks at Edge regarding some of the new features that will be incorporated into Sony’s new machine. Included in all of the goodies is a “Share” button designed to make sharing content simple.

Pressing the button will open a feature that gives gamers control over what is being shared to Facebook, Twitter, or other social media sites. In addition to passing around screenshots of their greatest accomplishments, braggarts can post 15-minute videos that are recorded inside the console. Showboating will essentially become a streamlined process.

If there’s a blunder somewhere in your performance, then you can edit out the bloopers before sharing your masterpiece with the world.

Of course, none of this information has been confirmed by Sony as of this writing. Since the company is planning to reveal the console in New York City on February 20, most of the new features are still under wraps.

The “teaser trailer” for the Playstation 4 has been embedded below. Rumor has it Sony’s new console will arrive in the US and Japan in time for the 2013 holiday season. However, it’s likely that the UK and the rest of Europe will have to wait until 2014 to get their hands on the machine.

Apparently there's a movie called 'Antfarm Dickhole.' And who said all of the best titles have already been taken? - 12 hours ago
