Angry Birds Star Wars launched on November 8 and has finally made its way to Facebook. The game is currently live to all users, meaning that it’s now available on a total of eight different platforms. Developer Rovio has added social integration to make the game worth playing with friends on Facebook.

Players can send in-game gifts, post about scores on friends’ Timelines for friendly competition, and check out their position on leader boards. The Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook app will have weekly tournaments and give users five new levels each week.

New power-ups have been added to the Facebook version which include a Blaster Droid with laser capabilities, Lightsaber Sling for high-powered slinging and a Thermal Detonator that explodes with a simple tap.

At the time of this writing, Angry Birds Star Wars has an average rating of over four stars on iOS, 4.5 stars on Google Play, and 4.7 stars on Facebook. Rovio released a video today on their YouTube channel which shows off some of the action. You can check it out below:
